Shape Night Run,31 July 2010 @ Putrajaya
Hubby & I already registered for the above event since it opened for registration in last May10. We opted for Fun Run 5KM. Yang bess nye kurang sket preasure sbb tiada qualifying time for all cataegories utk event nie. In term of preparation towards the running, honestly I'm less prepared compared to my Hubby who is very determined to improve his timing. Bravo to you sayang! I'm impressed with ur archievement (lost 10kg already!) without any support-food/suppliment; totally on exercise & food control.
We reached at starting point 5 minutes before boarding. So rushing, x sempat nak proper warm-up. Kunun2 duduk dekat dlm 15 minit driving distance...tup2 jln shortcut ditutup sebelah mlm..adus...jenuh speeding dgn my Kelisa.
Baru 15 minutes after boarding dah pancit ok... dada rase sakit agaknye sbb jantung pam darah laju sgt plus kurang warm-up..so aku pon start la berjln & kdg2 brisk walking. so mmg kene buat proper warm-up la nxt time ok.
At about 2.5km ade water checkpoint,mmg sedap giler air ais kosong time nie. Jln selangseli dgn brisk walking, akhirnye aku finished at 1hr for 5KM distance.Alhamdulillah.
